charcoal capsules... do they help bloat?
My stomach/abdomen constantly stays bloated like I'm 9 months pregnant! I am normal size and not overweight. My bloated belly looks terrible. Has anyone on the board solved this problem using charcoal capsules? If so, how many did you take each day?
Thanks!

I have candida in my mouth. Is it possible to have it in my stomach also? Would this cause bloating and gas?

I started on ProBiotics tonight. I'll update in about a week or two.

Techie guy, please keep us updated on the probiotics. They don't seem to help my situation very much.

No, that's another problem!!! I have been constipated lately. I have increased my fiber and trying to drink more water hoping that will help.

Just a suggestion for you to try. Limiting carbs is a great idea, but take it a step further. Try avoiding wheat products, even whole wheat. Try it for a month and see how you feel. If it doesn't work, no harm done.
