I am not sure what those numbers mean. Is your b12 at 209? If you were told you were low on b12 by your doctor or test, then yes I would start taking b12.

When I started received injections mine was at 184, oral B12 doesn't work for me. Has your doctor mentioned giving you B12 injections? I believe you would need a huge amount of oral B12 to boost your levels, I was told taking the vitamin orally wouldn't help my levels at all until I was at a normal level, I don't feel OK until my level is at least 500

I'm just updating here to say that after thinking about it, I'm just going to eat better, threw all my vitamins in the garbage... If someone researches into all the vitamins we need and how every day foods give them to us than it's not that hard to boost anything naturally.
