Fish Oil with at least 600 DHA
Hello,

I am trying to find a fish oil that would give me at least 600 DHA per day. I am not sure if there are any out there that have this amount on one dose. I would perfer to take just one pill a day, but if I can't find one that has 600 DHA i guess I will have to take it twice a day.

So far I have only looked at Cosco/Kirkland brand. I have not checked other places such as GNC, Vitiman Shoppe or others yet.

Does anyone know if I would be able to achive my goal?

Jamieson Omega-3 Brain is a high potency DHA formula. Each capsule contains 400 mg. It recommends 3 daily with a meal, which is what I take.
