Whey Protein Isolate with Fruits
I would like to have some information about my supplement taking after cycling session ...
mixing 1 scoop of Whey protein isolate + 2 Banana + 10 Almonds nuts + 2 Scoop of Honey + and some water.
Do you think this is good to drink after the Cycling session ?
Do you have any other advise ?
I'm cyclist doing 200 km per week - 8 hours on the bike - 43 years old - weight 63kg.
