Smile effervescent multivitamin without vitamin A?

Hi,

Anyone know an effervescent multivitamin which doesn't have vitamin A or beta carotene?

You see I took Roaccutane (Accutane in the USA). Now taking vitamin A or beta carotene just exasperates symptoms.

Failing that, anyone know of a multivitamin tablet without vitamin A or beta carotene?

Went to my local Boots chemist and did not find anything suitable.

Thanks.

There is a product here called emergen C that you put in water that has 7 B vitamins and vitamin C, it is very good or you could just buy B complex and C tablets. Also a multi mineral tablet is also a good adjunct to your regimin....
