Multiple Supplements at Once

It's been a while since I've taken a lot of specific Supplements, but am looking at starting them up again (for both general health, and also weight loss). What I want to see is if any of you have taken any of these specifically, and also, would you be concerned with mixing any of these together and/or recommend any additional. Thank you!!

Vitamin D3 - 2,000 IU x 2
Fish Oil - 1000mg x 2
Red Yeast Rice - 600mg x 1
Lycopene - 25mg x 1
EGCG - 400mg x 1
Pycnogenol - 30mg x 2
Quercetin - 500mg x 2
Magnesium - 400mg x 1
Psyllium Husk - 700mg x 2

There were times when I became very concerned about how many vitamins I was taking at once.

But I spoke with my doc about it, and when you think about it, if you eat spinach, your body is absorbing several vitamins and minerals at the same time. This is, after all, what the body does. So its fine. I think some of us are just programmed to think "but that's so many pills."

I think you just have to make sure that what you are taking does not effect or counteract what else you are taking. I know some vitamins aid others with absorption, but as far as herbs, if not careful you actually cancel out the benefits of one herb by using it conjunction with another.

As far as your list, I take the fish oil, vitamin d, and magnesium. I know vitamin d and magnesium should be taken together, for optimum absorption. As far as the rest, I have not heard of many of them, I am curious, why take them?
