Excess intake of Vitamin A and D
I've been taking Cod Liver Oil capsules which contains 62.5 IU of Vitamin D and 625 of Vitamin A per capsule and it's recommended daily intake is total of 6 capsule per day (2 capsule each time, 3 times daily).
However, that would be a total of 375 IU (about 62.5%) of Vitamin D and 3750 IU (about 75%) of Vitamin A per day. I also eat food high in Vitamin As like carrots but not everyday. Is taking more than 100% every day dangerous? I know of the effects of excess vitamins but how much is excess?
