Need Vitamin Advice
I'm currently taking the following vitamins each morning
- GNC Vitapak Sport - consists of megaman sport, burn 60, l-arginine & l-citrulline and l-glutamine
- 2 x Vitamin C @ 1,000mg /ea
- 2 x SuperOmega 3-6-9 1,200mg/ea
- 2 x probiotic pb8
Is this overdoing it? I'm a light smoker, i exercise daily, and take xanax occasionally.
I've been taking the vitamins above for about 6 months and i definitely feel better, i didn't get seasonal allergies this year for the first time in 15 years, and i can tell when i don't take them. much less energy.
Interested to know others thoughts and opinions. Thanks!
