Lost unnatural amount of weight in short time?
So I recently decided that I would start to eat more healthy and be more active and whatnot. About a week ago I weighed around 293~ pounds and as of right now I weigh 275-276 pounds. I started the "change" in my life about 4 days ago. Dietary wise I used to eat a somewhat unhealthy cereal in a really large bowl every other day, ate lots of carbs from grainy foods such as corn, potatoes, and rice, scrambled eggs(approx. every 3rd day with 6 eggs), probably an obscene amount of sodium from all the other random processed foods I ate. To my eyes it didn't look like much because that is what I've eaten every day for all of my life. (I'm an 18 year old male, 6ft so I am far into the obese range.)
Day one I did dumbbell curls, 3 sets of 15 reps of 10lbs,
day two my arms were quite sore so I only did 1 set and I also went out for a walk (3.6km)to 7-11 for a bunch of gatorades(1 for each day of the last 3 days) and a mango smoothie.
"Alone time" about twice a day... idk I heard that burns a lot of calories so I thought I should mention it
I'm stretching my arms a ton, it feels good and it's supposedly good for me, so I do it.
Diet so far...
tons of water everyday
Day 1:
-2 fried eggs & lettuce
-8oz dark/medium coffee w/ ~1cup milk
-subway(not the greatest choice of a sub)
-grilled salmon & zucchini
Day 2:
-2 fried eggs & lettuce
-8oz dark/medium coffee w/ ~1cup milk
-3 large juicy bbq smokies
-1 grilled chicken breast & mushrooms
Day 3:
-2 fried eggs
-large spinach, cucumber, and cherry tomato salad(no dressing)
-2 grilled chicken breasts
Day 4:
-2 boiled eggs
-starbucks "doubleshot" energy drink
-1 BBQ hamburger patty, 2 BBQ wieners(longer than average)
-whatever i eat for "dinner" ig
Currently my hours are nocturnal, I awaken for the night and sleep during the day, it's a lot easier to handle the heat when not being awake. I get enough hours of sleep I just don't sleep at the "correct" time.
Should I be worried with how much weight I have lost? I'm not doing anything weird and out of the ordinary... I haven't had any cravings, I feel fine, and I'm full after eating. I feel stronger, better, and happier already.
