Hello...I tried 6wbm and it worked well...except that it was way too hard for a busy lifestyle. It is basically a no sodium all natural foods diet. Nothing processed. No cheese, milk, or anything from a box or can. WHich is healthy, but for me, too bland and not very practical. But the workouts worked well and if you can stick to the plan..you will lose!!
