Are you a man? If you're a woman, your body fat % is already at the low-end. If you're a man, I don't know what the body fat range is .... Regardless, you are not at all heavy or fat.
If you're doing cardio to burn fat, then I vote for high weights, low reps. That way you don't have to spend hours and hours in the gym. Also, lift weights and THEN do cardio, if you're doing them on the same day at the same time. Or, do your cardio first thing in the morning and your weight training after work or whatever.
