Nope I didn't take any diet pills. I would walk on the bike trail down the road from me about 30-50 minutes almost every day. All I did was cut out the junk food and drink alot of water.
When i started my new job back in July I weighed around 245. I got off my rountine for a few months. I drank regular pop, got drunk often lol, ate more, etc.
I still walked on the treadmill frequently so I didn't gain any weight back. I've been having problems with my stomach lately (acid reflux) so I can't eat certain foods so I decided after Christmas to try to lose more weight.
I've lost around 12 pounds since then. I walk on the treadmill every night and now I'm starting to try and tone myself up a bit by doing some lifting.
My waist has gone from a size 46 to a 38 and my blood pressure has gone WAY down.
I hope to get down well into the 220's or lower if possible. :-)
