No, its not normal. I mean, it might be a common side effect of the Atkins plan, but its not normal and its not healthy.
I would recommend NOT getting diet tips from this particular bodybuilder. If you want to follow the Atkins diet, then read the book.
To get your body regular again, you can take a laxative (natural, not chemical as Sinnrah said), or you can start working some green leafy, low-carb vegetables into your diet. Try a nice salad of spinach and romaine or some broccoli. And skip the honey. As far as I know, honey is just sugar and offers no other nutritional benefits.
