I'm not familiar with the tapes themselves, but I sincerely doubt that the infomercial is accurate. Not that you wouldn't see SOME results, using an exercise routine 20 minutes, 3 days a week, but that you'd see the results the commercial leads you to believe. You aren't going to look like Jennifer Aniston.
To get results like that, you would need to combine the pilates with cardio and a healthy diet.
