TGAN ~ I didn't have a menu that I followed. I usually ate a 2 egg/cheddar cheese omelet for breakfast. My lunches were a choice of either a salad and some cheese for lunch, maybe a burger pattie, cheddar cheese slices and turkey or chicken from the deli rolled up or a couple cans of drained tuna, mayo and celery pieces. Dinners always started with a salad, and whatever meat was prepared.....
I snacked a lot on cheese and meats and salads during the day if hungry. Once induction was over with, I added sugar free jello, beef jerky sticks, nuts....
