Questions about Keto Shakes - Weight Loss Message Board

Hi Yall!!

I am on day three of induction. So far so good. I have been researching some things I can add to this after 2 weeks and was wondering if anyone has tasted the keto shakes??? I tryed (long time ag0) slimefast and could not stand them.

Also, if anyone has any inductuion receipes to share I would appreciate!!

Cajun: I just started the Keto shakes and they are surprisingly good. I like the Orange creme; I also ordered the Banana creme pie but haven't tried it yet! They are so easy to whip up (pardon the pun!) Just add 2 scoops to 8 ounces of water and then shake or stir!! I just stirred it with a spoon and it mixes well--not at all chalky like most protein shakes! It's a great alternative to a full meal; especially when you don't have time. I'd highly recommend them!!!!!
