I'm going to the gym today, hopefully I'll get some weights in with the cardio. We'll see.
I've had such a stressful week, that I'm surprised I've lost any weight. I had gained back 2 lbs, but now I'm back down to 133. The funny thing is my scale is telling me my body fat percentage is rising...that's not cool. So what gives? I'm almost out of the healthy range!!! Gotta drink more water and eat less fat I guess.
Alright guys, keep up the GREAT work! We can do this. What are our short term goals again?
By May 15, I want to be down 7 lbs. I'll take 5, but I want 7, so that's my short term goal.
