New and need help
Hi I am new to the board and looking for some diet help! I have gained 20 pounds in the past year and have not been able to lose any of it! I have been exercising for about a month now. I do the power 90 tapes, and 45 min. 5 x's a week on the treadmill. I am not losing inches either. My clothes seem to be tighter than ever! I would like to lose most of my weight by the end of June. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could be doing wrong? Thanks for any responses.
