I've lost 95 lbs
I just wanted to share two books with as many people as I can. Body for Life by Bill Philips and Perricone prescription by Dr, Perricone. These two books are not fads these two books aare life healthy eating and exercising to loose weight. I know I have done it. I have about 50 lbs to go and I am so thankful that someone cared enough for me to lead me in th right direction. I have done all the ephedra, atkins, edge, metabowhatevers, calorie counting, carb counting, weight watchers..my my my since I was just a kid...well nothing ever worked I weighed 330 lbs a year ago I weigh 235 lbs now. I focus on my body fat decrease, I am so energetic thru eating good foods I joined a kickboxing class just expend energy......
