I lost 7 lbs. the first 2 weeks, but don't know when I went into ketosis, as I never used the sticks. I just ate 20 or less carbs a day and left it at that. I lost a total of 22 lbs.....I am 5' 1" and I started at 138 lbs. back in November. I've since "stuck" to the 20-25 carbs a day.....some days I add more....as a reward, I enjoy a BIG bowl of hand popped popcorn once a week. I haven't lost any more weight, which is fine with me because I made my goal. I've had to go out and buy all new clothes, as I went from a size 10 to a size 5/6.
