these wonderful little "points" are acctually the number of fat grams in the food item. If you don't believe me-take a look. A lean cuisine has 7"points" and just so happens to have 7 fat grams. hmmmmm...also these charts about the amount of "points" you can have are also the amount of fat you should have. It's a crock, It is a scam that the weight watcher co. came up with to weasel poor vulnerable people out of their money, but, hey! whatever works i guess.
