I have been using the Atkins approach for about 4 days. I used to have these cravings A LOT. I didn't think I was gonna survive the first day, but I realized that by the second day, my cravings went down significally. Now, they are almost nonexistent. When I start craving something, I drink some water, or grab a celery stick and fill it up with cream cheese and it's gone.
I don't know if you want to follow Atkins or not, but it's a good way of getting rid of your cravings, sugar or any. Hope this helps!!!!
