your best bet would be to do a search on the internet for atkins centre. you will find all the info. you need.

You can get his book at almost any drug store.

You need to read his book to get a basic understanding of his plan.

Then you can come back and ask question tailored to your likes and dislikes.

His web site has a lot of good informatiom too.

It took me a month to get the diet right and start losing wiegth . Getting the sugar out of your diet is the hard part.

Definitely read the book first. It doesn't take long and is available in many libraries. It will give you a full overview - which is absolutely needed.
