If you are counting calories, you can have anything you want. Just dont forget to add in the calories for that pb! (and fat grams, i noticed you are doing that too, as you should)
If you noticed, I had a post about giving in to my chocolate shake craving. When I posted, I was sooo angry with myself. Now, I feel better b/c I added up my calories (I'm only having a salad for dinner to make up for those mega-calories)..and im still in my limit (1205 right now

...Thats why I do the calorie counting thing (originated in weight watchers for me) b/c I can have anything. As long as I count it. Granted, I'm not going back out tomorrow for another shake, but its not the end of the world
Plus, pb provides great protein
