I lost 2 lbs in one day!
I was kinda suprised to get on the scale, and notice that I had lost 2 lbs. Here is what I did today, and I'm going to continue it!! I realize it looks similar to the mayo clinic diet, although they don't allow fruit or as much carbs as I eat.. I prefer it this way better.
Breakfast-
3/4 cup grapefruit juice with 2 tbls apple cider vinegar
3 egg whites with one egg yolk and a half a slice of extra lean ham. Dash salt and freshly ground pepper
**Workout 2 hours later** Biking for 40 minutes, dumbles for 5 minutes and 50 situps 50 crunches
Lunch-
3/4 cup grapefruit juice with 2 tbls apple cider vinegar
A can of tuna with 2 tbls fat free miracle whip, and 1 tsp mustard
A salad with 1 very small tomato, cut up carrots, topped with Olive oil vinegarette.. yummy dressing!
Snack-
1 apple
1 tsp natural almond or peanut butter
2 slices lean ham or turkey
Dinner-
3/4 cup grapefruit juice w/ 2 tbls apple cider vinegar
1 chicken breast (with fresh chives from our garden, parmasan cheese, and salt and pepper)
Salad (Same as lunch)
1 serving green beans
Snack-
A cup of caffeine free tea with 1 packet splenda
An orange
tsp almond or peanut butter (Or 5-6 almonds)
2 slices deli meat
