I've been doing a couple diff. pilates tapes I picked up. I had never heard of Pilates until a few months ago, and I absolutely love them! they really are challenging. I lost about 15 pounds, and I was really looking for something to tone and tighten. I've never had a flat tummy, even after losing weight it was still kinda..round, lol. But now its soo flat, and doing Pilates only 3 or 4 times a week, for a couple of weeks has toned it soo well. I Love Pilates. But I still have to walk/jog, and everything to keep in shape, and of course eating a healthy diet is alot of it.
