It is far more complicated. It can also be very expensive. You really need the book to understand.
It involves a number of supplements, requires you to drink hot water w/ lemon in the morning and cran-water throughout the day (not the 'no-sugar' kind, the 'unsweetend' kind - v. expensive). Also 2 eggs a day, 8oz lean protein, etc.
It is also essentially low-carb, but with fruits.
Again, like I said, you'd need the book to understand it and be able to give it a real go.
I've read of many people having success with it. She has a Fat Flush website and there's also a message board. please do not suggest internet searches. members can do it themselves. thank you.
