If I read correctly, I believe it was the same thing I do.
1/2 glass warm water, 2 tbls apple cider vinegar, 1 tbls honey.
Drink 1/2 hour before meals, it will help improve digestive problems, help with your skin, help you lose weight etc etc.
I use 3/4 cup grapefruit juice instead of water, I did not make this up, but I read it in an article the my grandmother gave us. It calls for honey, but I do not use it.
