Well--- there are 2 varieites of this diet-- the new one where you are on 4 12 days i think--then off for 2 and it is pretty much like the Atkins--
and there is the old one as well-- it is a strict 14 day plan and you have to eat a sspecific meal plan and its is very strict about what you can and can't have-- my experience is with this one- I did it about 7 years ago--stuck to it and lost about 18 lbs in that 2 weeks-- your going to gain back at least 2 pounds initially just because you are eating again--- but I didn't gain it back and actually continued to lose all together about 50 lbs--
THEN i got pregnant again----
