Post apple cider vinegar question
I read an article that the pills may cause stomach problems. Any body to confirm this? I am trying to decide if I will take the pills or the "real" stuff.

Hello,
I have been taking the pills and they have not bothered me. I have IBS and they have not hurt me at all!!! I could not take the real stuff. They say it works better, but YUCK!!!! There are some things that people on here have said you can do to help the taste though! Look around on here if you decide to take the real stuff.
