The only amount of weight you need to lose, is the amount that makes you feel healthy and energized. Do you have any health problems? Eat healthy food, cut back on the junk and drink lots of water. The most impotant thing you can do is exersice. Your young and shouldn't have trouble losing a few pounds. Ride your bike, go roller bladding, play softball, basketball. Go swimming. Get Over active and eat properly.
