Question How much do I need to lose

I am 15 years old and am 5-6 168lbs with a 37in midsection and a 34in waist. I am a medium frame also. How much weight do you think I should lose or am I ok this way?

The only amount of weight you need to lose, is the amount that makes you feel healthy and energized. Do you have any health problems? Eat healthy food, cut back on the junk and drink lots of water. The most impotant thing you can do is exersice. Your young and shouldn't have trouble losing a few pounds. Ride your bike, go roller bladding, play softball, basketball. Go swimming. Get Over active and eat properly.

i am the exact height and weight as you, the only diference is i am 31 years old. i myself am far than comfortable with myself and i am going to try my hardest to get down to 125-130. thats a comfortable me. what i use to weigh when i was your age actually until i started having babies, a total of 3 of them. so i will have to agree with the other advice that you have got. i am taking something to HELP me out but you are so young you should be able to do this with ease if you seriously take the advice. good luck to you!!!....Mtn.

I don't mind the extra weight but was wondering If I should worry about it now, because I am only 15.
