im a 25 male and about 225 pounds ive lost like 50 pounds over the last 2 years but am having some problems with my lower abs and my side lovehandles, anyone have any ideas about some excecises and such i can do at home?

I also have "saddlebags" mine mainly due to sitting around and being lazy (am walking a lot now though)!
Hopefully someone will come up with some fantastic exercises (PLEASE!)
