Any one try hypnosis? I am trying the smart loss now. Its series of tapes you listen to daily for 5 weeks. And then continue to listen too, really forever. They relaxe you and give you alot of positive suggestions to change your relationship with food. Its an interesting concept, because I we all know , we can lose weight, its keeping it off long term that is so hard....
Because emotional eating is such a hard thing to stop....
Hey! I have one hypnosis cd from a guy who came to my school this year. I really like it because it's so relaxing (helps me fall asleep) and positive! The cd was really cheap and I'm glad I bought it. I think it mainly helps with my attitude about food at meal times. SO you have a whole series of tapes? That sounds very cool. Let me know how yours are working ok??
