I saw your post about the word "obese" being used on your doctor chart...KEEP YOUR HEAD UP.
If it helps at all, I used to be a Division I runner and I had A LOT of muscle mass (I'm a girl). I weighed more than what a "normal" girl my height should have weighed because of all of that muscle and I was close to being "obese" on those silly charts....even though I was in peak physical condition.
So, my point...don't let the number game get you down.
thank you, i appreciate your support. the word just depressed me. but after i got over that initial let down, i just got right back up. im excited, you know, to get into shape and im trying to forget about it and just do my thing.

thanks, i appreciate your support. i feel better now, and im just doing what im doing. after the initial shock of seeing that word, i decided that i cant let it get me down, i just have to continue to work hard to get where i want to be. thanks for your post and good luck -andrea
