Question What supplements/pills do you take?

I take Zantrex twice a day (2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon), 2000 mg of l-carnitine (1000 at breakfast, 1000 at lunch), and I JUST started taking Chitosan.

I hope I am not overdosing, but two are supplements and zantrex is the only real "pill".

Anyone else?

wtg on the carnitine&chito. its fine to take them. i wish i could say thats all i take. i have to take basic nutrients bc i mostly eat protein so i take alot of pills.

Yikes! 20 lbs in a month? What kind of product is that? Personally with Xenadrine, I was hoping to take my average of 2 lbs per week up to 3 per week.

*********...I am assuming it is a natural product. You must let us know how it makes you feel and if it works.

I have a good friend that has been on ********* for about a year. She has lost a good deal of weight and lost it slow and healthy. In the beginning, she averaged about 12 lbs per month and then evened out at about 6-8 per month. She is doing it healthy and loving it. I have not tried it, just because I hate having to buy all the stuff... but you should do great! 20 lbs in a month might be a little aggressive... aim for 2 lbs per week (as long as you are getting in some mild exercise, that is very realistic)... good luck and keep us posted!
