I have a good friend that has been on ********* for about a year. She has lost a good deal of weight and lost it slow and healthy. In the beginning, she averaged about 12 lbs per month and then evened out at about 6-8 per month. She is doing it healthy and loving it. I have not tried it, just because I hate having to buy all the stuff... but you should do great! 20 lbs in a month might be a little aggressive... aim for 2 lbs per week (as long as you are getting in some mild exercise, that is very realistic)... good luck and keep us posted!
