Richard Simmons' Move, Groove, and Lose
In a previous post, I stated that I am exploring options for an effective weight loss plan. I said I would do Larry North's Slimdown For Life plan. The plan is to eat six smaller low fat meals per day, and of course exercise. I am also now considering Richard Simmons' Move, Groove, and Lose plan. For those who have used it, any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
