Cut back on your carbs and increase your activity... those are the keys

Cut out the potatoes, pastas, white breads, sweets, sodas, etc. Try to eat healthy natural foods... get at least 64 oz of water each day and try to get 30-45 mins of cardio 5 days per week and weight training 3-4 x per week... make sure you are taking your vitamins... try to keep your loss at 2 lbs per week... slow healthy weight loss is the key to permanent weight loss...
