Post Please help!

I need to lose about 15-20 pounds. Last year I lost about 45 pounds, and since I have gained about 20 back, because I started eating junk food again and not exercising. This makes me so mad because I lost so much and was feeling great. Can any of you please give me some tips on how to lose the extra pounds because I am having a hard time getting back on track...what motivates you?? Also ne meal plans or exercise ideas would be a great help!! Thanks a lot..Sunkissed

Cut back on your carbs and increase your activity... those are the keys Cut out the potatoes, pastas, white breads, sweets, sodas, etc. Try to eat healthy natural foods... get at least 64 oz of water each day and try to get 30-45 mins of cardio 5 days per week and weight training 3-4 x per week... make sure you are taking your vitamins... try to keep your loss at 2 lbs per week... slow healthy weight loss is the key to permanent weight loss... MHO, good luck

Thanks so much for your help! I will have to try those ideas and really cut out on the carbs...I think that's what's keeping me from losing.
