Post Weight loss after pregnancy,help!
Hi,I'm a 21 year old who had my first baby a year ago.I went from 125 pounds a month before I got pregnant to 222 pounds the day before I had my baby.I'm 180lbs now and at 5'5 that makes me obese.Trying to lose this extra weight is driving me crazy.Seeing all these pregnant people I know get back to their previous weight makes me depressed.I weigh more than my mother in law and she's had 8 children.I need help,I don't know where to start.Someone please help!!

Jade..I had my first baby 8 weeks ago and I gained 60 pounds, I lost about 20lbs so far, they came off really easy (all on there own). Now I have to get ther oher 40lbs off on my own. I am going to go on the mayo clinic diet, you are supposed to lose the weight really fast. If you want any information about th diet let me know.
