sorry! can't help you! I looked at the website and it was very vague...I'm sure somebody must have heard about it....the only thing I caution about was it said'no exercise'......You cannot seriously think about weight loss without incorporating some form of exercise. It will be the one thing that will keep the weight off as well.
Good Luck!

I had to share this with you:

I misread "Hiller" for Hillary at first, and had a bit of a chuckle - especially since she is publishing her white house memoirs and her husband's infedelities. I might add that I have known many women who have lost weight after they have found their husband's cheating.

I personally follow THM.

I never did record my weight-loss with it, but I definitely lost inches - I dropped from about a UK 14 (US size 10) to a UK 10 (US size 6), and kept it up - without exercise or any change of what I ate. I love chocolate and this gave me the freedom to enjoy it as much as I wanted

However, over the last few months I've let my new habits slip a bit and have gone back up to a UK 12 (US size 8), but I started applying it again (don't know why I ever stopped!) and have already lost an inch off my waist within the last week.

Basically, it's based on an idea of what naturally thin people do when eating without realising it (all about better digestion and stuff).

It can be done without exercise (in my experience), but I have found myself WANTING to exercise now.

There was a discussion about THM a few months ago on this board.

Good Luck with whatever you decide to try!
