I personally follow THM.
I never did record my weight-loss with it, but I definitely lost inches - I dropped from about a UK 14 (US size 10) to a UK 10 (US size 6), and kept it up - without exercise or any change of what I ate. I love chocolate and this gave me the freedom to enjoy it as much as I wanted
However, over the last few months I've let my new habits slip a bit and have gone back up to a UK 12 (US size 8), but I started applying it again (don't know why I ever stopped!) and have already lost an inch off my waist within the last week.
Basically, it's based on an idea of what naturally thin people do when eating without realising it (all about better digestion and stuff).
It can be done without exercise (in my experience), but I have found myself WANTING to exercise now.
