Post walking question...

I'm sorry, I was going to add this to the other post, but I forgot about it. For the past 2 days, when I go for my walk, just when I start to really get to feeling it in my legs, my toes on my left foot start to go numb. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this??? I have been walking approx. 2 miles a day, and when I get home after the walk, and rest for a few minutes, then the numbness goes away. If anyone has any ideas, please, please let me know what they are. Thanks.

Maybe your shoes are causing this? Do you have good quality shoes that fit properly? You might want to try a different brand. Maybe some other people will have more suggestions - this is all I can come up with. Hope it helps!

I sometimes would get that on the crosstrainer at the gym. I found that if I put more weight on my heels to push through the motion ..if that makes sense...that I didn't get it anymore. Try a different form, concentrating on the position of your feet. Good Luck!
