Hi everyone, Just wanted to let you know that I have joined FitDay online. I found it thanx to all of you who have mentioned it on this board. I think that seeing on paper (or on screen!)exactly what I am doing each day will be very beneficial in keeping myself in check. As I have mentioned on here a few times I need to lose about 20lbs. I have already lost 65lbs but have struggled with the last bit. My weight hasn't changed much over the past 6 months....i have gained some muscle though and my clothes fit differently but the scale goes up a pound or 2 and then back down. I have been at a loss for what is the right way to lose. I think I will stop the 'Atkins' thinking. I lost alot last year with it but it is impossible to stick to now. I find myself 'cheating' too much. I will follow some advice I have found on here....eat sensibly....have treats....limit sugar/carbs and keep up with my exercise. I need an actual lifestyle change not just a 'diet'. I hope this will reduce my all-out-benandjerryicream-creamysoup-binges that I seem to get more and more often. Well, now that I have gotten all of that out I will start with the FitDay program tomorrow (wouldn't dare put down what I have eaten today..PMS...sorry guys!) and hope to lose the rest of this weight.
Please let me know some of your thoughts...I am open to suggestions!
