I have discovered that macadamias are excellent for a low carb diet. They are loaded with good fat and fiber and curb cravings and help with temptations. I eat them with everything; they add a rich flavor to whatever you're eating. Also, because they are full of the good fat they speed up the fat-burning properties of ketosis.
I just love macs; they make an excellent snack. I keep them in my car for those sudden cravings.
