Post Carb blocking pills, which ones are good?

I bought some carb blocking pills, and I wonder, are they all pretty much the same. I know all formulas are going to be the same, but the main ingredients, are the pretty much the same? I was watching the news, and they were talking about a carb blocking pill called Phase 2, and the main ingredient was some type of bean extract. Do most of them contain this? If not are there some carb blocking pills I should stay away from, and ones that are reliable?

I like the CarbCutter brand, though right now I am taking CarbFX. It really depends on how much of the Phaseous it contains, when you take them, etc. I am not familiar with the brand you mentioned... I have found that they don't give you license to eat a bunch of carbs and they do nothing for sugars, but I take them for an energy boost and they work for that.... good luck!

Thumbs up

AP3- Your good! I can always rely on a good answer from you. The Phase 2 wasn't the brand that I bought though, I was just comparing with the ones I'm waiting to receive.

So the phaseolamin is good for blocking carbs?
