I'd offer advice if I had it! But I didn't want you to think your post was being ignored. 10 lbs in 2 weeks is quite a bit - if you do find a way to lose that much, you will most likely gain it back. All I can suggest is either trying the induction phase of Atkins, or maybe the 3-day diet or Mayo. If you don't know what they are, search around on this board & you'll find them. Good luck!

I agree, If you lose too quickly you will regain some if not all of it back. If you have a function to attend that you are trying to look good for, definately try the Atkins or Mayo. you will lose quickly but if you return to high sugar/carb eating you will regain. I have done both of these a few times and I always lose and then gain about 25% of it back even if I watch what I eat. It is not permanent (sp?) weight loss. They are good for getting over a plateau to jumpstart your metabolism but not long term. Good Luck! We are here for you! Remember to drink lots of water!
