I'd offer advice if I had it! But I didn't want you to think your post was being ignored. 10 lbs in 2 weeks is quite a bit - if you do find a way to lose that much, you will most likely gain it back. All I can suggest is either trying the induction phase of Atkins, or maybe the 3-day diet or Mayo. If you don't know what they are, search around on this board & you'll find them. Good luck!
