If you have been under stress your body could have been burning alot of calories. Our bodies go very hyper when we experience stress so that could be part of it. Did you continue to excersise whilst 'binging'? that can save you as well. Last christmas I went off my regular eating plan for about 3-4 weeks (all the functions!) and I only gained about 4 pounds as well. the body is a beautiful thing! If you have been 'dieting' and excersing for a little while, your body is at a pretty good fat burning stage, so going away from the norm for alittle while will not sabotoge you too bad! Kinda makes sense eh? Well, good luck getting back on your program. You can do it! Makes you see that piece of cake really won't kill us now doesn't it!!!!!
