Post Winsor Pilates--Anyone?

Has anyone had any luck with the Windor Pilates program? Like everything else, it looks 'wonderful' on TV and on the website with all the success stories. Just wondering if any of you have had success with this exercise program.

I have pilates tapes. I don't have winsors' but It has the same moves. at more then half the price also!
I love them..... They Do work. When I was doing them my abs were getting tighter and I only had done them for two weeks, not faithfully every day.
I changed between them and yoga. They are little challenging to get the hang of but they are awesome once you do!

They're great! I've taken a short break because my hand is sprain (note: from pilates! hold the weights the way you'd normally, not the way they do on the video! that's how I hurt my hand! Month of pain)! Anyway, they are sort of expensive, so I'd recommend the arms, abs, & "buns" ones first - or only. And maybe a book, or just the book. You can get them cheap from a bookclub, even the book by Winsor Pilates, the same as the video phenom.

I have them and they do work. There are some exercise that you have to be very flexible to do. But in my opionion they are stretching your body do they do work. I was doing one of the positions and my 13 year old walked in and started laughing at me. She layed dwon beside me and attempted to do it with me and she said that it was hard for her. But I think practice makes perfect!

Good Luck!
