Question Advice about low carbs

I was just curious as to how many carbs should I be eating a day in order to lose any weight? I don't know what is considered normal for losing so i just wanted to get some responses to help me out. Anything would be appreciated.

There are different low-carbs plans that allow different amounts. In general most plans are below 100 grams per day (some down to 20), but some range up to 150.

Personally, I only lose if I keep it at 20 or less. If I go over, I usually don't have any weight loss for that day.
