Day 1 took 1 z3 at 1:45 with salmon; workout cardio and light weight; had one rib eye steak at 4:00, two broiled drumsticks at 7:00, one bowl of sugar smacks at 9:00; napped about 6; worked from 10 p to 1 am; slept fine.
day 2 took 1 z3 at 8:30 followed by bacon and eggs, and as always 2 glasses of water. I feel fine. Going to take one more at 12:30. No scaryiness, no jitter. I probably can take two, maybe tomorrow.
I took a 2nd z3 at 1:30. I did not get really hungry but I had some tuna anyway about 30 minutes afterward. The energy rush that i felt is not as great as the first day. I feel no sleepnessless. In fact I've had a good nap at 6-7. I did not workout today. I feel great. I can feel my body's energy actively cleansing while I'm napping. This is probably from the ginsengs contained in the product. Tomorrow morning is going to be a bit more physical activity for me, therefore, I'm going to start day 3 with 2 caps in the morning followed by breakfast. My appetite is definitely suppressed but I'm still snacking on boil eggs (1), and 2 pieces of chix.
