Unhappy really need some good advice!

Hello

I am currently on suzanne somers diet! i was just wondering if there is a diet that garentees weight loss on a steady pace! i really am thinking of switching diets but i want to switch to something good. Also i was wondering any diets out there that allow you to drink alchol? please help me!

I would suggest instead of looking for a "diet", you try to find a "plan" that works for you and stick with that... diets fail us, history has proven that. I do a modified version of Somersizing... I like food combining and I think it works, but I don't follow it by the letter, I allow myself drinks (vodka w/grapefruit or diet tonic, no high calorie drinks...), and I don't starve myself... I lose weight at a steady pace, but I don't diet... the key is finding something you can LIVE with, forever... a plan that does not end... a lifestyle... I think that works the best Good luck!

Hello i am dying to go out drinking with my friend i would like to know your suggestion on what kind of alchol would be least harmful for the suzanne somers diet? that would cause the least amout of insiline response? vodka martini? please let me know

Stay away from rum... I think they say gin is supposed to be the best, but i prefer vodka... has about 60 calories for an oz. I drink it with unsweetened grapefruit juice (hey, it's fruit... by itself!!!) or diet tonic... i prefer diet tonic as there are no added calories... suzanne says that you can have wine in moderation, as well...
