I would suggest instead of looking for a "diet", you try to find a "plan" that works for you and stick with that... diets fail us, history has proven that. I do a modified version of Somersizing... I like food combining and I think it works, but I don't follow it by the letter, I allow myself drinks (vodka w/grapefruit or diet tonic, no high calorie drinks...), and I don't starve myself... I lose weight at a steady pace, but I don't diet... the key is finding something you can LIVE with, forever... a plan that does not end... a lifestyle... I think that works the best
