I started changing my eating habits on November 1, 2002. I joined the LA Weight Loss Program. Maybe you've seen the commercials. I was assigned a counselor. My eating habits were analyzed and I as given a meal plan which included the following http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/dance.gif
8 8oz. glasses of water
I incorporated walking after about 3 months, 3 to 4 times per week.
After reaching a plateau I then added Zantrex 5 days ago.
